A Holistic Approach to Cancer Support and Awareness
SAKUSHAL was registered as a charitable trust in the year 2023.(REGN no.477/4/249 ) with the primary purpose of providing aid to families of children suffering from cancer. The idea was to help in covering gaps in cancer care to outstation children coming to Delhi/NCR for treatment. This could include gaps in nutrition, education, mental health care/counselling, lodging etc.
In addition Sakushal would also work towards building awareness about breast cancer leading to early detection and timely treatment.

Resources:
We plan to raise finance through donations from individuals as well as organisations. We have already received exemption under IT section 80g.
NGO Darpan:
Sakushal Trust is also registered on NGO Darpan portal of the Govt of India (unique id- DL/2023/0363352)
Additionally SAKUSHAL would benefit from help provided by volunteers and resource persons willing to give time and lend their expertise. Our model is to keep administrative costs to the minimum so that the donations are utilised to the maximum for the benefit of the children. To this end, the trustees and resource persons are involved hands on in the day to day functioning.
